These policies exist to create a calm, respectful, and supportive experience for both you and our practitioners.

Every session is prepared with intention, personalization, and care — and these guidelines help us honor that process.

Booking Your Appointment

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We do not accept walk-ins to ensure every session receives full preparation and attention.

You may book online anytime through our booking system.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY:

24-Hour Notice

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-call/no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Why this matters:

Because each treatment is personalized and prepared ahead of time for you, we begin setting up your session in advance.

This level of care requires dedicated time, resources, and space — and your communication helps us provide the best experience.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time out of respect for the clients who follow.

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to ensure we honor all appointments.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and the full service fee will apply.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services or no-shows.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, and our preparation begins well before you arrive.

Product purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.

Health & Safety

Your Well-Being Comes First

Please reschedule if you’re not feeling well, experiencing active illness, or have a contagious skin condition.

If you arrive sick, your appointment may need to be rescheduled at the full service fee.

This ensures a safe environment for all clients and practitioners.
