Appointments must be booked in advance through our approved booking platform. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service price.
Our services are complementary wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not replace medical advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness program.

Products purchased through our partner brand links are subject to the respective brand's return and refund policies. Studio products purchased in-person at our Englewood location may be returned unopened within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
